Exchanges: Any exchange or refund request needs to be emailed through to Helenl@monmark.co.uk and NOT by telephone. This is so they can keep track on stock and arrange the urgent requests properly.
They endeavour to fulfil orders within a 7 working day turn around. All orders, whether exchange or new will be collected from Monsoon from 09.09.20 onwards. They will email the parents once the garments are available to collect.
